1. Dutch contract law course.

This course is meant as a primer for foreign contract managers and foreign attorneys working in the Netherlands. The course will focus on the mandatory aspects of Dutch contract law. Specifically, the issues surrounding agency agreements will be discussed as well as how to deal with a contract breach. Liability and damages under the Dutch civil code will also be reviewed and explained thoroughly.

The course will be given by American attorney Dena Haggerty in English.

2. Dutch employment law course. October 22, 2010.

During this course the various employment contracts will be discussed and explained. Special emphasis shall be placed upon the possibilities to terminate an employment agreement under Dutch law.

The course will be given by attorney Mr. Morgane Veenhuijzen LLM in English.
